Major Prophet D.D.C Allo (DOH DINGHA CHOFOR ALLO) was born to the couple Pa Wilfred Nkumbuh Allo and Ma Theresia Nchang Allo on the 25th of April 1986 at PMI Nkwen. The events surrounding the young prophet’s birth were nothing but a series of mysteries as summerized by his father in his auto biography. Firstly, his parents had naming issues as both maternal and paternal grand parents wanted him to be called “Chofor” refering to a child who came out legs first and “DINGHA” meaning hot spear.
His father relates that at birth, his umblical cord was wrapped strongly around his neck which was shocking to the midwives on duty. Once the young prophet was brought home there were complaints about the appearance of two human-like creatures in the compound from the poultry attendant and the night watchman. His father did not believe all these narrations and including that of a babysitter who said she did not like to carry young Doh to the baby’s cot because she often saw snakes and so called “Soldier ants” around the baby each time she does that.
During young Doh Dingha’s early life, many myterious things continued to happen but his father could not attribute it to any spritual cause. At one time Doh and his sibblings fell sick and after several failed attempts to treat them in the hospital, their father decided to see a native doctor who was specialized in “spiritual cleansing” mostly because of Doh’s case of cerebral malaria as the hospital had declared. The said spiritualist worked on his sibblings and when it was Doh’s turn to be cleansed, she tried three times to cut the young prohet and did not succeed as her blade kept on breaking; The woman dropped her blade and the other plants she carried and pleaded with his father to carry him out of her shrine saying Doh was a big King and she Can not work on him. And finally declared that child was a prophet.
Dingha did so well in religious studies and after his GCE advanced levels, he opted for bible school to the dissapointment of his father who wanted him to go to the university. From then on he went ahead to minister in neigboring villages and from there testimonies of his miracles started inviting followers who referred to him as “Small Pastor for Wan Poultry”. He continued his ministry by Opening seven prayer cells which later merged to become a single church initially made up of 7 worshippers in his dad’s palour.
Like every man of God in todays world the prophet has recieved criticisms mostly from friends and relatives who saw his early beginings. They question his authorithy and the miracles he performs and go further to spread numerous controversies about his prophecies.Major Prophet DDC Allo is married to Taka Delphine Allo (Major Mama), a teacher by profession who is not just also a housewife but a big support to the ministry as she stands besides her husband in spreading the good news.
Apart from being a prophet, DDC Allo is also a successful animal farmer who deals with a lot of livestock and related products.
